In 2006 we were commissioned by the Milan ArtandGallery to realize a web tv direct broadcast dealing with the present situation of communication, with the opportunities offered by the new media and their possible influences on contemporary art.
So we got the idea of "Aspettando lo Tsunami"("Waiting for Tsunami"), a wrong format without comunicative aim, an organized media suicide, a situation pushed to extremes to highlight the weak points of communication.
Things went much worse than expected. It was raining cats and dogs on June 6th 2006 at 18:00, a real half an hour downpour. So violent to
entirely destroy the set we prepared in front of a gallery: it was our first attempt, literally fallen
through. We tried again inside the exhibition place, a few weeks later: it was the second fiasco of the operation, this time because of an internet connection got lost who knows where.
